Introduction
Piggy Bank is the variable time-locking staking protocol of Animal Farm.
By staking AFP/BUSD LP, you can buy piglets, which produce truffles, which allow you to earn compound interest of 3.33% daily.
Only Piglets have a value in-game; BUSD hasn't. Piglets have a fixed exchange rate for their in-game counterpart, the Truffles. These have a value fixed at 1 / 2592000 of a Piglet.
Produced truffles by each Piglet can be sold for AFP/BUSD LP.
Interest for users is based on their individual compound rate and the lock-up period they choose.
Consequently, every 30 days, a Piglet produces enough truffles that compounded creates a new Piglet.

Time lock bonus
You can time-lock your stake from a minimum of 1 week to a maximum of 156.
The longer a user locks their ability to withdraw earned PIGS/BUSD LP interest, the higher bonus that user is allocated, which they can then compound into their principal over the life of their stake.
The bonus percentage is calculated daily on the truffles produced by your stake and added to them.
You need to compound day-to-day to get the full time-lock bonus.
The 30% of the multiplier time-lock bonus being added to the principal in the first 75% of the stake's length, the remaining is added exponentially to the principal in the last 25% of the time lock up.
Opposed to a non-timelocked stake, it is not possible to deposit more AFP/BUSD LP in a second stage.

Max Payout
To ensure the sustainability of the Piggy Bank protocol a MAX PAYOUT of each stake is calculated as follows:
Your Piglets * 2592000 * 3 = max Truffles claimable (AFP/BUSD LP) or simply max payout.
Compounding allows increasing your max payout. As your principal grows, so does the max payout.
No more action will be possible once the max payout has been reached.
* Once AFP/BUSD LP is deposited, they are permanently added to the contract pool and cannot be withdrawn.

Know your UI
Before proceeding, let's learn how to get confidence with the user interface.
- Total PIGS in Vault= AFP tokens that currently are locked in the Piggy Bank pool.
- Piggy Bank Total Value Locked= the $ value of the tokens currently locked in the Piggy Bank pool.
- Total PIGS Supply= tokens that currently exist, even if locked or circulating.
- PIGS Market Cap= Market capitalization equals the size of a cryptocurrency in the market (current price x total supply)
- PIGS Circulating Supply= AFP tokens that are publicly available and circulating in the market.
- PIGS Burned= the total amount of PIGS burned.

How to add Liquidity to AFP/BUSD LP
You must commit the same value of both tokens to provide liquidity, so we need, in addition to the same value in BUSD, to get the necessary PIGS.
Go to: defi.animalfarm.app/swap
Connect your wallet.
- Enter the BUSD amount, set 1% slippage, hit SWAP and then CONFIRM.
- Pay gas fees and approve the transaction in your crypto-wallet.

- Click on CLAIM.
- Click again on CLAIM, and approve the transaction in your crypto-wallet.

- At the top of the page, find the Auto-Compounding Pool section and click on "Claim PIGS" and approve the transaction in your crypto-wallet.

It is possible to create the LP tokens through a contract made available on the Animal Farm website.
You must use only our ADD LIQUIDITY PIGS tool to avoid 3% tax on AFP liquidity.

- Connect your wallet.
- If you are creating the AFP/BUSD LP pair for the first time, you will need to approve both tokens via your crypto wallet. Click on "APPROVE PIGS" and "APPROVE BUSD" to confirm the transaction.
- Set 1% slippage, click on Add Liquidity and confirm the transaction in your crypto-wallet.
- Once approved, a small notification window will appear.

How to stake
In this section, we learn how to make a stake in the Piggy Bank.
It is possible to create a stake by purchasing PIGLETS, the game currency, with the AFP/BUSD LP token.
Your Piggy Bank stake will continue to pay out daily until you reach the max payout.
You can have multiple stakes using the same wallet address, with various time locked stakes.
Connect your wallet via AnimalFarm.
Select one of the two options below:
To perform the PIGGY BANK stake, we will use the UI called "Buy Piglets with LP token".
- Enter the AFP/BUSD LP amount you want to stake.
Slide the cursor to the desired lock duration/bonus.
Hit "Buy Piglets" and then "Acknowledge" to confirm it, pay the gas fees, and authorize the transaction in your crypto-wallet.
The estimated gas fee is deliberately set high at 0.0125 BNB to avoid transactions failing in times of congestion, but this is not what you will be charged at confirmation.
- Once approved, a small notification window will appear.
A 24-hour cooldown is set up for every action.
You can sell your truffles AFTER the time lock expires. While your stake is timelocked you can only compound.
Do not forget to compound your time-locked stake daily to get the full % bonus.

Leave the lock duration at 0 weeks.

If you want to add more AFP/BUSD LP to your stakes deposit, follow this instructions carefully:
No additional AFP/BUSD LPs can be deposited in a TIME-LOCKED stake, even if it has expired.

To perform the deposit, we will use the UI called "My PiggyBanks".
- Select whatever non-time locked stake, hit the "Action" button, and then press "Deposit."
- Enter the AFP/BUSD LP amount you want to stake and hit "Deposit", pay the gas fees, and authorize the transaction in your crypto-wallet.

- Once approved, a small notification window will appear.
The new deposit will automatically be added to the last non time-locked stake made.

How to claim Rewards

How to unpair AFP/BUSD LP
It is possible to unpair all LPs through PancakeSwap's "Remove Liquidity" tool.
Navigate to pancakeswap.finance/liquidity and connect your wallet.
Click on the pair you want to remove liquidity from under "Your Liquidity".
- If the pair you own is not displayed click "Find other LP tokens"
Enter BUSD in the first box.
Click on SELECT A TOKEN
- Enter the AFP address and confirm.

- A window will open informing you of the estimated AFP/BUSD LP value, next press REMOVE.
- Choose the percentage you want to remove, set the correct slippage and click REMOVE, validating the transaction.

How to use referral system
The Piggy Bank offers a static 2% commission.
Once your wallet is connected to the Piggy Bank UI, you will notice that your referral address can be copied by hitting the apposite button.
When a user create a new stake, after clicking your personal referral link, the contract will send to your Piggy Bank truffles equal to 2% of their purchase.
The reached referral list will be available through the Piggy Bank UI.
